Purchase without card

You can make your purchases and pay in up to 8 fortnights from your cell phone. The best thing is that you don't need a card!

How can I pay my Kueski Pay balance?

  • You can pay your balance with cash at OXXO, through a bank transfer with CLABE, from the BBVA app or in a BBVA Practicaja.
  • You can check your balance and the references of the different payment methods from your Kueski profile. Once your application is approved, we will also send you the information via email.
  • If you have more than one active purchase, there are two ways to make your payments:
With the unique reference number. If you use this method, you will be crediting all of your account balance (the sum of all your purchases) and we will add your deposit so that you pay the least amount of interest possible. With the individual reference number. If you use this other method, what you will be doing is paying money to a specific purchase and not to the sum of all your purchases.
  • You can check all this directly in your profile and you can follow the steps to make the payment more comfortable for you.
  • Keep in mind that there are no charges or penalties for early payments and if you do, you will pay less interest!

Deferral Virtual Card

The virtual card resembles a credit card, with which you can use your Aplazo credit line to buy in online stores that accept Mastercard.


You can use the virtual card from your cell phone or computer, without the need for plastic. Every time you create a virtual card, you will receive a unique card number that you can use when paying in ecommerce, like any conventional credit card. Each card follows a specific payment plan that can be managed and paid from your account.

How can I pay my installments?

You can pay your installments in two ways:

The first is by adding your debit or credit card to your account. You can do it as follows:

1. Log in to your account from https://customer.aplazo.mx/login/credentials
2. In the left side menu, click on PROFILE
3. In the PAYMENT METHOD section, click on the + button and add your card information

Or, you can pay your fortnights in Oxxo or SPEI transfer by generating a payment link. You just have to:

1. Send "Hello" via WhatsApp to number 55 9302 05712. Choose Option 1️⃣: Problem with my payment
3. Select option 1️⃣: Pay in Oxxo or Transfer
4. Select 1, 2 or 3 according to the order number you wish to pay. Remember that this payment link is valid for 8 days.

You can also generate the payment link from your Aplazo account, you just have to:
1. Enter your account from https://customer.aplazo.mx/login/credentials
2. Click on PANEL
3. Click on the GENERATE PAYMENT LINK button
