MEXICO: In most cases, customers receive items in 7 to 15 business days. The closer you are to CDMX, the faster you will get the item. If a custom order (FAN MADE) is purchased, shipping time is the same once finished and ready to ship.

In most cases, it may take an additional 1 to 15 business days due to the time it may take to clear customs.

For customers in Mexico we normally ship by DHL Express.

ALL CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER ONCE WE HAVE IT.

The FAN MADE offers you the same plates that the belt normally comes with, but worked on 6mm thick zinc alloy metal plates and up to 4 layers of detail on the plates. See the FAN MADE page for more details.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges. All of our items are fully illustrated and accurately described. What you see is what you get. We list items with pictures and a full description so you know exactly what you are ordering. Pre-orders and backordered items are non-refundable after 7 business days from the day payment was made. The restocking fee is to cover the cost of the following: box, tape, shipping label, billing, DHL pickup fee and covers the fact that the item will have to be sold as used or trade in which it is cut off: the price. Shipping costs are not refundable. If we offer free shipping, we will still pay for shipping out of pocket. Custom made dog tags cannot be returned. Exchanges can be made with a 10% restocking fee plus shipping.
